After school Creative Clubs are for students in PK-3 to 4th grade only. Creative Clubs generally take place weekly, from 3:45 to 4:45.

Sign ups will be available on a first come, first serve basis until a club is full (a typical club accommodates 10 - 12 students, but may vary by organizer). Please refer to our school calendar, available on our website for when clubs begin and end. We will offer make up clubs at the end of term for unforeseen cancellations where possible.
Creative Club fee accommodations and scholarships can be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please email Valarie Upton at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
If the club of you are trying to register for is listed as out of stock, please use this web form to add your student(s) name to a club waitlist.
For families interested in registering for Tippi Jam, please note, there will be two sections each day, with the first from 3:45-4:45, and the second from 4:45-5:45. Please be on the look out for your child's section assignment and note the pickup times accordingly.
Please take note of our refund policy in case you must withdraw from a club:
- In the event that a club does not reach a minimum enrollment threshold to operate, and must be cancelled for the term, a full refund will be granted for any registered families.
- To withdraw from a club for any reason after the start of clubs, written notice must be submitted to Valarie Upton by close of business February 8th to receive a 50% discount.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THIS DATE.
This policy is designed to allow us to honor our commitment to our hard-working club instructors and manage the complex logistics of our creative club sign-ups. We appreciate your cooperation.
